Steak Marinade
Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp yellow mustard
1 garlic clove, minced
pepper
Mix all ingredients and place steaks into freezer bag in fridge over night. (I put mine in the fridge Sunday morning at 9 and put them on the heat at 4... so about 7 hours)
(I doubled this recipe and put in 4 steaks with the marinade.)
Cook steaks on low to medium low heat.
Perfect timing!! Chad just bought some steaks, so we'll have to try this out.
