Ingredients:
9 cups Rice Chex (or corn Chex)
1 Cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup butter/margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
Directions:
Into a large bowl measure cereal and set aside!
2. In 1-quart microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter uncovered on High for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave about 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in Vanilla.
Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated!
Pour into 2 gallon resealable food storage plastic bag.
(or improvise by separating it into smaller bags! haha)
Add powdered sugar. Seal bag. Shake until well coated!
Spread on waxed paper to cool.
(I also skipped the waxed paper part.. or just didn't read it. I just put the bags in the refrigerator!)
I didn't take any pictures of us eating it.. but it was so TASTY!!
