1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Shortening
2 Eggs
4 Large, ripe bananas
4 T. Sour Cream
2 Cups Flour
1 tsp. Soda
1 tsp. Salt
1 Cup Choc. Chips
Mix all wet ingredients and then add dry. Bake at 350 for 1 hour if using large bread pan. If using mini bake for 40 mins. Muffins bake for 18-23 mins. Enjoy!
